Fun Fact: The song and the lyrics fit for Battle Against a True Hero much better, but the context of Power of NEO and the context of The HERO make it fit this song so much better. This one falls more into joke mashup than legit mashup, and if I had time, I woulda given Battle Against A True Hero its due.

And I’ll explain why I set myself the deadline even though there were still over 25 songs missing at the time I set that deadline. Two reasons. Reason One: those who have followed me for a long time know that I’m terrible at keeping my mouth shut about upcoming projects (hell I think I leaked at least 6 of these tracks to the public in one form or another), and that’s mostly because I just really like to show my work to the world, and working on all this and having so much to share gets me antsy. Reason Two: I’ve got a lot of other projects in the works that I want to get to, and I honestly hold this anxiety that if I don’t get to it for a while, then it’ll get abandoned. So hopefully I’ll be ready to post the dev diary for my upcoming game soon. Additional fun fact: that last sentence is either gonna be upsetting or uplifting in about a year or two.
